Hi I am Celine, graduating from National Chiao Tung University (NCTU) with a bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Social Sciences . I am interested in Psychology and User Experience research and get the NCTU Psychology Program certificate before I graduate. Now I am going to pursue my master degree in Industrial/Organizational Psycholog at Soochow University this September, 2021.

Before entering the graduate school, I joined Cubo AI as a logistics and admin intern, in which I helped optimize the RMA process and assisted in the international logistics management by building SOP flow charts with Adobe XD.
In addition, when I was an exchange student in Japan Waseda University, I built an account as a purchasing agent on Instagram. I was responsible for introducing and copywriting for products, and sharing Japanese tourist spots. With my efforts, the account attracted 100+ followers within one month.
User Experience Project
-Project Presentation-
A Line chatbot optimization project cooperated with Microprogram.
Using affinity diagrams for grouping and building up persona and scenario through interview.
This research declares the position of YouBike Today in current market by comparing with other similar products. In addition, this report also proposes suggestions for future function development.
A questionnaire survey conducted to understand users’ satisfaction and expectations for existing and future functions based on previous research.
In this research, we take Jacob Nelson's ten usability guidelines for standard to assess usability of the most frequently used functions of YouBike Today.
Understanding the functions that can be optimized in the interface and process by observing actual operation by users.
This project includes 6 milestones, conducted in a 7-peopel group within 6 months.
